[UPI News] – LONDON, May 30 (UPI) — One of the two men suspected of killing a British soldier outside his barracks in London is to be formally charged with murder, prosecutors said Wednesday.Michael Adebowale is scheduled to appear Thursday in Westminster Magistrate’s Court, The Independent reported. The Crown Prosecution Service said in addition to the charge of killing Lee Rigby, a drummer in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, Adebowale will be charged with illegal possession of a firearm. The second suspect, Michael Adebolajo, was still hospitalized. Both men were seriously injured by police after they allegedly stabbed Rigby last week, almost cutting his head off, outside his barracks in Woolwich.
